About Our Show

Located north of Toronto, Southampton is about a 3 hour drive north of Toronto situated along the shoreline of Lake Huron & features world-renowned sunsets as well as the town of Southampton being the oldest port town along Lake Huron.

The annual Southampton Craft Show is the major fund-raiser for P.R.A.N.C.E., a non-profit, community-based therapeutic riding programme for disabled & challenged riders. Proceeds support the programs we provide to surrounding area communities.

Thursday, July 2nd, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at The Coliseum/Annex located in Southampton, Ontario.

Returning Vendors/New Vendors

The deadline guaranteeing returning vendors their same booth location is Feb 1st, 2020. Please note, if you send in after this date, your application will be accepted if booths remain but we cannot guarantee your same booth location.

All NEW vendors have until April 1st, 2020 to send in their applications along with payment for the 2020 show. Note: If booth space is still available, applications will be taken till the show is full.

New Vendors


  • All crafts must be the handcrafted work of the vendor.
  • You must bring enough products to keep your vendor’s space well stocked till close of the day.
  • You are in business until the show is officially closed at 6 p.m.
  • If you do have products not produced by yourself, that product cannot exceed 20% of your vendor’s space.
  • You cannot sublet your space.
  • One space per vendor, unless previous arrangements have been made.
  • Parking is in area of The coliseum.
  • Vendors may not cut the fence to access their vehicles; if they do so, they may become liable for the cost of new replacement fencing.
  • Refundable cancellations are subject to an administration fee of $25.00 if made prior to April 30th, 2020.

Note: The above also applies to all Returning Vendors.

How Work is Assessed

All crafts are juried by our Southampton Craft Show Committee. Quality is the overriding criteria when selecting work. The jury reserves the right to decide appropriateness of all work to be included in the show. The decisions of the jury are final.

Images of Work & Booth

If you require your pictures sent along with application to be returned, you must include a self-addressed, postage paid envelope with your application. Otherwise the pictures become the property of P.R.A.N.C.E.

Booth Cost

  • Only cheque or cash is accepted for payment.

Booth Size & Description

  • Indoor: Guarantee of 10’ x 8’ open space
  • Outdoor: Guarantee of 10’ x 10’ open space (on pavement)
  • Electricity only available to indoor vendors along perimeter walls – spaces limited!
  • Up to 2 chairs are provided for Indoor booths only, booth area taped out on floor surface. Setup is within the taped area.
  • Tables – up to 2 are available for fee. See application.

Set-up & Take-down Times:

  • Our INDOOR VENDORS are able to take advantage of our early set-up on Wed. July 1st from 4p.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Thursday July 2, 2020 set up times 7am to 9:45am for remaining inside vendors and outside vendors.
  • Take-down may not occur until the show officially ends at 6 p.m., Thursday July 2.


Although The Coliseum/Annex will be alarmed & locked after hours on Wed. July 1st, you are responsible for your own liability insurance as well as completion of the waiver to be signed on application form.

Other Information

If you cancel your application – prior to April 30th, 2019 your application fee will be refunded less $25 administration fee. As of May 1st, no refunds will be processed due to cancellations or if exhibitor fails to show up or leaves early day of show.

Booth Payment

  • Booth fees are due at time of application. Any cheques returned by the banks due to insufficient funds are subject to a $25.00 fee.
  • Sales Tax – Responsibility of vendor. For information contact the Ministry of Finance at 1-800-263-7965 for services in English.

For the well being of animals and other vendors and public, exhibitor’s pets are not permitted in the show.

Promotional Material

Southampton Craft Show reserves the right to use the images and promotional material submitted by exhibitors and those photographs taken at the show for promotional purposes without notice to the exhibitor.

To be considered, your application must include

  1. A completed application form.
  2. Payment for booth fee and hydro and tables if indicated.
  3. Minimum of 5 good quality images of the work you intend to sell at the show plus your workshop photo. Application cannot be reviewed unless workshop/workspace photo is received.
  4. All images must be identified with your name & a self-addressed, postage-paid enveloped included if you desire the images to be returned to you if not accepted.

Vendors Selling Food Items  SCS-Food-Vendor-App

If you are a vendor selling food items, please click on the ‘Food Vendor’ link to complete the ‘Southampton Craft Show Food Vendor Application form as required by our Grey Bruce Public Health Unit. All relevant details as well as contact information on where to send and who the local Public Health Inspector are is included in the document. You are required to send this directly to the Health Unit no later than 3 weeks prior to our show (by June 11, 2020). The Southampton Craft Show Committee encourages you to complete this application form & send to the Health Unit the same time you complete our Vendor application form.

** Please note all town owned facilities of the Town of Saugeen Shores are Nut/Allergy Zone Awareness areas. All food vendors are to label ingredients in their products for the public. Please see following link for more information:

Notification of Exhibitors

  • You will be notified, by mail or e-mail of your application status near the end of April or ASAP depending on when we receive your application after April 1st, 2020.
  • All returning and new vendors must include payment with their application.
  • All accepted vendors will receive an acceptance package by email which includes an acceptance letter and additional materials, highlighting pertinent information about the show, a list of accommodations. Your receipt for your booth fees as well as any images that are requested to be returned, will be mailed if a stamped addressed envelope has been included in your application.  If not, then these will be in your Show Day package.
